I am a Masters Level Clinical Psychologist specializing in the area of therapy and assessment with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience with helping individuals overcome debilitating anxiety, feelings of overwhelming sadness, family and relationship concerns, and stage of life difficulties. Additional to therapeutic intervention, I offer diagnostic psychological and psycho-educational assessments.
As a member of the Cotton Tree Foundation’s Service Learning Programme Team, I provide psychological screening and exiting preschool classes bi-annually. In my capacity on this team, I provide supervision to psychologists in training. I also serve as a mentor for the Global Shapers Community-Port of Spain Hub: an initiative of the World Economic Forum, which empowers young persons to make meaningful contributions to the local community. I am currently on the Executive Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists (TTAP), holding the position of Assistant Secretary. I am also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA).
I understand that it is important for you to feel comfortable with your therapist’s ability to connect with you and competently manage the challenges you encounter. I, therefore, look forward to having the opportunity to meaningfully attend to your concerns.
